About

Becky Dieter, JD - Compassionate Senior Guidance

I have found Becky to be a great resource for senior living. She truly understands what the family is going through due to her personal experiences with her own family members. Her knowledge of the senior communities and compassionate way she deals with seniors is so incredibly helpful. When we were trying to navigate this and find the right place, her guidance made it so much easier. Not sure what we would have done without her! I recommend Becky Dieter and Compassionate Senior Guidance. Don’t look for senior living without her help. ~ Ana C.
My family and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Becky this past year. It was finally time to move my in-laws into a senior living facility. The process was overwhelming. One Independent living facility who wouldn’t accept my in-laws, recommended Becky when they saw how distraught we were. We needed to find an independent living facility, sell my in-law’s home, purge 20 years of stuff, sell and donate furniture. All needed to happen quickly because of their declining health issues. Becky successfully led us every step of the way with genuine compassion, kindness and expert guidance. Every contact/colleague she recommended was wonderful, In less than 2 months, she seamlessly guided us in moving them out of their home. Much to our delight, she continues to check in with me to se how they are doing. Becky is a true gem and we are so thankful to have found her. ~Pam E.

Helping Caring Hands

Becky Dieter, JD is the Owner of Compassionate Senior Guidance.  Originally from Maryland, Becky currently resides in Palm Beach County Florida.  Becky holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business as well as a Juris Doctorate.  She practiced law and worked in the Human Resources arena for many years.

Becky’s journey navigating the complexities of senior care began with her own family.  Becky left her job as an HR Director to help care for her parents in Sarasota.  She was living in Colorado at the time and so understands what it is like to be the out-of-state adult child trying to coordinate care for senior loved ones.  She then found herself helping other senior relatives with the decision of finding the right senior living option.

Because of her own person experience, Becky saw the need for guidance for seniors and families facing the challenge of finding senior living.  She also understands that many families are still working and/or are raising kids and have little time to do the legwork and research needed to find a good living option for their senior loved one.  This led her to become a Senior Living Advisor, which she has done since 2015.  Because of her experience, she is passionate about helping seniors and families find just the right senior living community.

Becky also stays involved in the community and is a Board Member for the Palm Beach County Partnership for Aging; on the Committee for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s Boca Raton; and a volunteer for the Senior Significance Project.  She also does interviews and presentations throughout the community helping to educate about senior living.
