How We Can Help
- Phone Consultation – Initial phone call to determine if we can help and answer questions.
- Initial Meeting – Face-to-face meeting and assessment with senior and family.
Learning about budget, geographic preference, size of community and apartment, care needs,
activities and interests and any other assistance that may be needed.
Discussing what type of community – Independent Living, Assisted Living or Memory Care would be most appropriate.
Answering any questions, the Senior or Family may have. - Community Matching – We narrow down the communities and send information on those that would be a good fit to the family.
- Community Tours – Arrange tours and attend the tours with senior and family.
- Resources – Connect with other resources that may be needed – home health, senior move managers, attorneys, etc.
- Follow Up – Regular check ins and follow up to be sure things are going smoothly both before the move and after the move.
